Dalia Badrawi is a certified Health and Wellness coach, a sports nutrition consultant, and holds a bachelor’s degree in education and human development. Dalia is a recreational athlete who has participated in numerous triathlons, Ironman races, marathons, and other sports. She has 7 years experience in coaching functional fitness, and has worked with many individuals to reach their fitness goals. Since 2023, Dalia has been coaching individuals to reach their health and wellness goals which involve many aspects of life such as: fitness, sleep, nutrition, motivation, stress, and social relationships.
I initially went to her because I wanted to eat clean, and she took the time to understand my lifestyle, which made all the difference in creating a plan that worked for me. She was incredibly patient with me, especially during the times I struggled to stick to the plan. What really stood out was her ability to incorporate foods I actually like, making the whole process much more satisfying.
She also ensured that everything she recommended was easy to find, which took a lot of stress out of meal planning. Her approach felt realistic and doable, which made it easier for me to stay on track.
